Welcome to my blog, Cookie Frosting Rocks! This is going to be all about my journey from being a so - so cookie decorator, to hopefully becoming awesome! When I say cookie decorator, I am talking about rolled sugar cookies, gingerbread cookies, and all those yummies!
This is a new hobby for me, and like anyone, I need lots of practice. So I figured that I would keep my trials and tribulations of what works and such here on the Internet. Not only to have a visual reference for myself of my own progress, but maybe to help other people out there that are seeking information on the subject.
I'll post recipes I like, book reviews, pictures of my cookies, and just the general adventure overall.
A little about me. I am 37 years old, I live in the Syracuse NY, area, and I have a Yorkie-poo named Nitty! I am obsessed with cooking and baking in general, and I have no idea how to do a blog!
As of today, I have not made any cookies, but I have some pie crust chilling in the fridge that I made, which I will turn into an Apple Pie. I will be sure to post a picture of that when it's done!
